Dark circles: Cucumber has cooling as well as astringent properties which help a lot in treating dark circles. Cut cucumber into thick slices and allow them to cool in the refrigerator. Place a cool cucumber slice over each eye for about ten to fifteen minutes. Wash the area with lukewarm water.

Puffy eyes: Green tea bags can be used to reduce puffiness around the eyes as it contains anti-irritant properties. Place dampened tea bags on eyes for 10 to 20 minutes. It will give relief from redness and inflammation.

Itching eyes: Milk can be used to get relief from itchy eyes. Dab a cotton ball in cold milk and rub it around the eyes. You can also place a cotton ball soaked in milk on the eyes as a compress for an instant cooling effect.

Oily skin: Apple has mild antiseptic, astringent, and soothing properties which make it a great home remedy for oily skin. Grate half an apple and place them on your skin. Leave it on the skin for 15 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water.

Dandruff: Baking soda can help reduce the overactive fungi that cause dandruff. When your hair is slightly wet, take little bit of baking soda and rub it gently onto your scalp. Wait for some time and then rinse your hair well with water. Avoid applying shampoo to your hair for a few hours.

Bad Breath: Fennel has freshening qualities that can help to get rid of bad breath. Take a spoon of fennel and slowly chew it until saliva is formed inside your mouth. Do it whenever you have the problem of bad breath.
